Stride MSK Partners is a premium healthcare group supporting podiatry and physiotherapy clinics with long-term capital, clinical governance, shared standards and stewardship
Stride MSK Partners is built on a simple principle: clinics should be led locally, and supported consistently.
Each clinic within the partnership retains its own identity, leadership, and connection to its community. Day-to-day care is shaped by the clinicians on the ground — people who understand their patients, their teams, and the realities of local practice.
What unites the partnership is a shared standard. Clinics benefit from common approaches to governance, professional development, and operational support, designed to uphold high-quality, safe, and dependable care wherever patients are seen.
The result is a group of clinics that feels personal and clinician-led, while operating with consistency, clarity, and long-term stability.
Clinical Oversight & Governance
Stride MSK Partners is guided by an experienced leadership team with strong clinical backgrounds and clear responsibility for oversight across the partnership.
We take governance seriously — not as a bureaucratic exercise, but as a foundation for trust, safety, and consistency. Clear standards, thoughtful oversight, and shared accountability help ensure that patients receive the same quality of care, and clinicians are supported to practise to a high standard at every location.
Governance exists to support clinicians, not override them — providing structure where it adds value, and space where professional judgement matters most.

Michael Nicol is a physiotherapist with vast experience across clinical practice, education, and the operational management of healthcare clinics.
His work centres on helping clinics turn good clinical intentions into well-run, sustainable day-to-day operations.
For more than a decade, Michael has played a key role in the development and delivery of Physio Business Growth, leading the hands-on implementation of its programmes and supporting their ongoing refinement.
His strength lies in practical execution, helping clinics improve team structure, communication, accountability, and consistency without restricting clinical autonomy.

Lorcan Ó Donaile is a podiatrist and clinic owner with over 25 years’ experience across clinical practice, clinic leadership, and healthcare operations.
Alongside running his own clinics, Lorcan has worked closely with physiotherapy and podiatry clinic owners, helping them strengthen how their practices operate. His work focuses on improving systems, governance, patient experience, and team structure, so clinics can deliver better care while remaining sustainable long term.
He is the founder of More Practice Profits, where he supports clinic owners to build clearer operations, stronger foundations, and resilient businesses without compromising clinical standards. He also hosts the long-running Podiatry Business Podcast, sharing practical insight and real-world lessons from clinicians working on the front line.
Lorcan brings a grounded, operator-led perspective to Stride MSK Partners. His approach is shaped by years spent inside clinics, not advising from the sidelines. His focus is creating practices that are well run, professionally rewarding, and built to deliver consistent, high-quality care for patients, teams, and owners.

Partnership, to us, is not about control, rebranding, or changing how clinics practise day to day.
It means working alongside clinic owners and teams to support what already works well, while strengthening the foundations that allow high-quality care to be delivered consistently over time.
Clinics that partner with Stride MSK Partners remain locally led. Clinical decisions stay with clinicians. Relationships with patients, referrers, and communities are preserved. What changes is the level of support behind the scenes.
A key part of that support is removing much of the operational and growth-related burden that often sits heavily with clinic owners. We help take responsibility for areas such as recruitment, marketing, systems, governance, and operational structure — reducing the day-to-day pressure on owners and allowing them to focus on care, leadership, or the next stage of their professional life.
Partnership also means shared responsibility. We take an active role in upholding standards, supporting teams, and addressing challenges early — not through micromanagement, but through clarity, consistency, and open communication.
Above all, partnership is long-term. We work patiently and thoughtfully with clinics that care about doing things properly, building stability and resilience rather than pursuing short-term change.
Who This Partnership Is For
Stride MSK Partners typically works with two types of clinic owners.
First, owners who want to expand or evolve their clinic, but recognise that doing so well requires additional support. These are clinicians who care deeply about standards and culture, and who value having experienced partners to help with recruitment, systems, and structure — so growth does not come at the expense of care or personal wellbeing.
Second, owners who are ready to step back from the day to day or plan for retirement, and want to leave their clinic in safe hands. For these owners, partnership offers continuity — a way to protect the clinic they have built, support their team, and ensure patients continue to receive the same quality of care long after they move on.
In both cases, alignment matters more than size or speed. We partner with clinic owners who value professionalism, integrity, and long-term thinking — and who want their clinic to remain something they are proud of.
